As a Bellevue native, Marcus has always embraced the beauty and adventure of eastern Iowa—whether it’s biking the trails, hiking at the Mines of Spain, slalom skiing on the river, or hitting the slopes in the winter. His deep roots in the area give him a strong connection to the community and a clear understanding of what makes it a great place to live.

Before entering real estate, Marcus worked in the tech industry. That experience sharpened his communication skills and taught him the importance of building strong, lasting relationships. As an Eagle Scout, he learned the value of respect, trustworthiness, and service—qualities he brings into every client interaction.

Marcus has a passion for people and always aims to bring a positive attitude to every situation. Outside of work, you’ll find him working out, reading, playing pickleball, spending time with friends and family, or serving at his local church through mentoring and ministry.
