Hello! I was born and raised in Dubuque and attended the University of Northern Iowa, and have always been interested in the real estate field. Being a native Dubuquer, I have an extensive knowledge of the Dubuque area to help guide my clients. I have been a full time Realtor since 2012 and love helping clients with their real estate goals, whether that is selling or buying a home, or purchasing investment property. I also invest in real estate so I have a good knowledge of what makes a good investment to help advise my clients.

When I am not working I enjoy playing basketball, lifting weights, hiking, going on the river, live music or just spending time with friends and my wife and three young daughters.  I created Team Dolter in 2021 and together we have over 40 years of real estate experience to put to work for you! We work with home buyers, sellers, investors, new construction homes, and commercial properties. We are all full time in real estate and truly care about our clients and helping them achieve their goals. In 2025 I partnered with Steve Davis and am now a proud co-owner of Equity Real Estate Group.
